Shipping Policy

Giribala Ayurved LLP cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The delivery of our products will take at least 3-5 business days. It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.

Orders will be booked for at least a third business day delivery.

While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details 1) Name of the recipient 2) Flat number/bungalow number 3) Name of the building 4) Name of the road/street/marg 5) Contact number landline/mobile 6) Proper/familiar landmark 7) Email address.

If Delivery unsucessful

Giribala Ayurved LLP will attempt to deliver one time. If the said delivery is not successful, the customer shall be charged for redelivery in the following cases:.

Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer, non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.

Refusal to accept the product.

Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself..

Incorrect contact details disabling the delivery personnel to reach the customer. Force majeure event or civil disturbances event.

Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by www.krispywater.com OR “Giribala Ayurved LLP” is not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel/packet while accepting the same.

Depending on the product availability, a few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.

For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where a specific delivery time frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 30 days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order.

Currently, we ship our products only within India across multiple cities. If the location mentioned is not serviceable, we will inform you over mail.

Giribala Ayurved LLP reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel orders at any time including but not limited to orders that are incorrectly priced or which Giribala Ayurved LLP believes are harmful to Giribala Ayurved LLP for any of its suppliers or vendors.
