Advanced Post-RO Water Enhancement Technology by Krispy Plus
Krispy Plus , powered by Giribala Ayurved LLP, is a specialized brand focused on post-water purification solutions.
Krispy Plus K2 Industrial Filters use a combination of Advanced Bioceramic Technology and Premium Coconut Shell Activated Carbon to enhance water quality after primary purification.
This post-treatment technology is engineered to improve water balance, stability, and physiological usability, making treated water more suitable for long-term consumption and commercial or industrial use.
With advanced Bio Ceramic Technology, Krispy Plus K2 Filter delivers high-performance filtration systems designed for commercial and industrial applications.
Our filtration solutions enhance water quality beyond basic purification by improving balance, stability, and overall usability. Each system is engineered to support consistent performance, long service life, and reliable results across diverse water conditions.
Krispy Plus K2 filters help transform ordinary treated water into a cleaner, better-balanced, and more life-supporting resource suitable for daily consumption and large-scale usage.
K2 systems are designed to work downstream of RO plants, improving water characteristics that are typically affected by membrane-based purification.
The technology ensures consistent output quality across varying inlet water conditions and operating cycles.
The term ceramic refers to a hard, stable material produced by heating natural minerals at very high temperatures.
The Bioceramic media used in K2 systems is manufactured using carefully selected natural minerals and follows a technology originally developed in Korea.
The media undergoes multiple cycles of high-temperature baking and controlled cooling, resulting in a stable mineral structure suitable for long-term industrial operation.
This process enhances water quality without adding chemicals or altering the fundamental safety of purified water.
Activated carbon performance depends on both the raw material source and the manufacturing process.
After extensive research and field testing, Krispy Plus uses premium activated carbon derived from coconut shells, known for high adsorption efficiency and purity.
In K2 Filter systems, activated carbon works in synergy with bioceramic media to support stable downstream water quality.
Standard RO-treated water is often demineralized and slightly acidic, making it unsuitable for long-term healthy consumption.
The Krispy Plus K2 Industrial Series is designed as a post-RO solution that transforms treated water into mineral-rich, alkaline, and antioxidant-balanced water, ideal for commercial and industrial use.
Using advanced bioceramic filtration technology, the Krispy Plus K2 Series enhances water quality beyond basic purification, improving balance, stability, and usability.
Raises water pH to 8.5 – 9.5, helping neutralize acidity and supporting better digestion and hydration.
Converts positive ORP (oxidizing potential) into Negative ORP, helping reduce oxidative stress and supporting overall wellness.
Infuses dissolved molecular hydrogen into water, supporting cellular activity, energy levels, and metabolic balance.
Reintroduces vital minerals removed during RO purification, including:
This ensures water remains both pure and physiologically balanced.
Designed to deliver controlled and repeatable performance rather than fluctuating results.
Engineered for consistent operation over extended service life under recommended conditions.
This chart helps select the correct Krispy Plus K2 filter or vessel based on RO plant capacity, ensuring optimal performance, life, and water quality.

Media life may vary depending on inlet water quality, operating hours, and system maintenance.
The K2 Filter is designed for post-RO installation to ensure optimal alkaline balance, mineral restoration, and consistent water quality.
Correct installation ensures longer media life and consistent performance.
To achieve the best results for your water quality, the Krispy Plus K2 Filter is specifically designed for post-treatment applications. Below are standardized installation configurations and the mandatory initial setup protocol.
Depending on site infrastructure and water usage pattern, the Krispy Plus K2 Filter can be installed using one of the following methods. Method 1 is strongly recommended.
Industrial RO Plant → Storage Tank → K2 Filter → Final Output
Industrial RO Plant → K2 Filter → Storage Tank → Final Output
Industrial RO Plant → Water Chiller → K2 Filter → Storage Tank → Final Output
For all new Krispy Plus K2 Filter installations, an initial run-in period is required to stabilize media performance and achieve consistent water quality.
Manual pH Controller
During the initial phase, it is strongly recommended to operate the system using a manual pH controller. This allows controlled stabilization of pH, ORP, and dissolved hydrogen levels.
The manual pH controller ensures that Krispy Plus K2 media delivers the precise alkaline balance required for Healthy Hydration, maintaining water pH within the optimal range of 8.5 – 9.5.
This controlled approach allows gradual stabilization of the media, ensuring consistent output quality during both initial setup and regular operation.
1100 Iodine Value | Krispy Plus Pre-RO Treatment Systems
Krispy Plus Pre-Carbon Filters are designed as a critical pre-RO treatment stage for commercial and industrial water purification systems.
Before water reaches the RO membrane, the pre-carbon filter removes impurities as effectively as possible. This is achieved through the high surface area of activated carbon, where dissolved contaminants are adsorbed onto the carbon particles.
A filter containing Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) is a proven solution for removing specific contaminants from water, particularly organic chemicals.
GAC filters are also highly effective in removing substances that cause objectionable taste and odor, such as chlorine and hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg odor).
Provides pre- or post-treatment protection for RO membranes, reducing chemical stress and extending membrane life.
Removes chlorine up to 3–4 PPM, preventing oxidative damage to RO membranes.
Reduces Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and removes organic impurities from inlet water.
Helps enhance taste and odor quality of treated water, improving overall water acceptability.
Krispy Plus Pre-Carbon Filters are recommended for commercial and industrial RO plants where inlet water contains chlorine, organic contaminants, or taste- and odor-causing substances.

Up to 99.99% Chlorine Removal | Krispy Plus Pre-Treatment Systems
Krispy Plus De-chlorinator Filters are engineered for commercial and industrial water systems where inlet water contains high levels of chlorine, commonly found in municipal or corporation water supplies.
These filters are designed to remove chlorine efficiently while also improving overall water quality before downstream treatment processes such as RO.
Chlorine is widely used as a disinfectant in municipal water supplies, but excessive chlorine levels can have undesirable effects on both human health and water treatment equipment.
A de-chlorinator is specifically designed to remove chlorine from water. If chlorine taste or odor is present in tap water, installing a de-chlorinator effectively eliminates it.
It is important to note that a de-chlorinator does not soften hard water. For hardness removal, a separate water softening system is required.
Removes high chlorine content commonly present in municipal or corporation water supplies.
When installed as a pre-filter, it helps extend RO membrane life by preventing chemical damage.
Removes additional organic impurities, bad smell, and odor, improving the overall taste of water.
Uses advanced ceramic-based filtration technology for stable and reliable chlorine removal performance.
Krispy Plus De-chlorinator Filters are recommended for commercial and industrial RO plants using municipal water with high chlorine content, especially where membrane protection and consistent water quality are critical.
