Terms of Delivery & Subscription Details

Delivery Terms

• Delivery is generally completed within 24 hours of order confirmation or as per the subscription schedule.
• Delivery timings are between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery is available on ground floor only. Upper-floor delivery is not supported.
• Customers must ensure clear access for delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
• Any delivery-related issue must be reported within 3 working days.

Jar & Security Deposit

• Each 20 Litre jar carries a ₹500 refundable security deposit.
• Deposit is refunded only upon safe return of the original jar in usable condition.
• Damaged, broken, or missing jars are not eligible for deposit refund.
• Free jars provided under subscription offers also require applicable security deposits.

Subscription Policy

• Subscription plans are prepaid and must be used within the defined validity period.
• Unused deliveries may lapse if not consumed within the subscription period.
• Krispy Water reserves the right to revise delivery schedules or terms with prior notice.
